We are now introducing a system for recycling disposable diapers to produce
a new energy source,called SFD system. |

An aging society and increased dependence on disposable diapers has greatly
increased their consumption.However,the volume of used diapers is three
times that of unused diapers,and enormous amounts of disposable diapers
are burned or buried in landfill sites.
Consequently,unnecessary greenhouse gas such as CO2 and methane are being
emitted.
Despite this,a realistic way of disposing of paper diapers has not been
found until now.
Our SFD Recycle System combats this by producing a new energy source to
replace fossil fuels through recycling disposable diapers. |

The SFD machine is very safe and easy to use.Simply throw the bag containing
used disposable diapers into the machine.From then on, the process is automatic,
as pulverization, desiccation,and sterilization.
Create the final product:a new energy resource.The final product becomes
less than 1/3 the weight and bulk of the original diapers,reduces moisuture
content,is odorless,contains 5000 kcal of heat per kilogram,and becomes
bacteria-free.
The element becomes a highly efficient fuel. |

The final product becomes small effective pellets.These are an excellent
resource for fueling biomass boilers and stoves,developing heating systems,for
greenhouses,hot showerservices,and road heating.They could also be used
for gas-powered air-conditioning units.Thus,the SFD system is an effective
way to promote energy recycling in local social systems and infrastructure. |

To develop this system further,
a multi-pronged approach,including local infrastructure,to develop post-consumer
disposable diapers is required.
Due to our multi-pronged approach,we have many solutions which can be applied
to individual situations. |
